1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, creating decks on, or submitting reviews through SnapVibr ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.

2. Description of Service

SnapVibr is an interactive 5-second vibe review platform allowing creators to test landing page headlines, app previews, and pitch decks with community reviewers. Reviewers vote with binary gut verdicts (Clean or Needs Work) and diagnostic reason chips.

3. Account Registration & Privacy

To maintain authenticity and combat automated spam, voting and creating decks requires an authenticated account.

• You agree to provide accurate information upon signup.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Voter Confidentiality: While accounts are required to prevent duplicate votes, SnapVibr guarantees that reviewer identities (name, email, avatar) remain completely anonymous and concealed from deck owners.

4. Content Standards & Community Guidelines

Users and creators must not submit, upload, or test content that:

• Promotes hate speech, violence, illegal activities, or explicit adult content.
• Infringes upon any trademark, copyright, patent, or proprietary rights of third parties.
• Contains deceptive phishing links, malware, or fraudulent schemes.
• Intentionally abuses or attempts to manipulate voting algorithms or spam deck metrics.

We reserve the right to remove any deck or terminate any account that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Deck creators retain full ownership of their proprietary brands, product copy, and landing pages. By submitting a public deck, you grant SnapVibr a non-exclusive license to display the preview screenshots and titles within the public community feed.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

SnapVibr is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding product market success, conversion rate improvements, or uninterrupted availability of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SnapVibr, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the platform.
